Q: Penis skin not circumcised

Hi.I'm 13 years old,or more preisely,12,because my birthday is in november and the month is only March now.I'm posting in this forum because I have a REAL penis problem.

Everytime, when I start stroking my penis(I put a loose fist aroud my penis, then move it up and down),I won't be able to pull the skin very far down.My penis is not circumcised. And,if i pull it to the maximum,it will look weird.

What i really need to know is,do i need to see a doctor and circumcise my penis? If so,I have no problem with it.And,why can't I ejaculate semen after stroking my penis for a few minutes?Too young or what?I have known of some people able to do it already.Around my age.

Thanks very much, people.I will really appreciate your help. Not trying to exaggerate, but am I suffering from some kind of penis problem?

Thanks very much again. Please help me,give some answers.

You can't ejaculate most likely because your only 13 and just starting puberty even though you can get an erection. Every starts at different times so don't worry if your friends say that they can.

As far as not retracting your foreskin, I think (not sure as I am circumsize) may be related to the same issue. Your penis is still growing and developing so it may require more time before the skin can be retracted.

Keep checking this post, someone who has foreskin will comment.

By thirteen the foreskin should normally be retractable. It appears you have phimosis. This may go away on its own but typically the foreskin would have retracted by now so you may need some medical advice. There are alternatives to full circumcision so this may not necessarily be needed. I wouldn't worry about not being able to ejaculate. Chances are you are capable of doing so but the tight foreskin covers the glans area causing it to be insensitive. Once sorted out medically you should ok. You're at a perfect age to get this sorted. Don't leave it hang over your shoulders and interfere with your future sex life.
