soft i am about 2-3 but hard around 5.75, i certainly don;t grow as much from soft to hard. i hope im normal in size

You're both normal, theres a big difference in how much each person grows from flaccid to erect. So if you grow a whole lot it's just nice if you don't have any problems with it, like with the skin.
