Do you know something, I am not sure when my penis reached its full length, I think it could have been as early as 14 as the boys in my class compared mine to a grown man, I had one the the largest penises the boys said they had ever seen. The thing is if that was the case not being fully grown but having a man sized penis made it look extra large. By the time I was 17 the rest of my body was fully grown, that made my penis more in proportion with the rest of me, just the same size 7" but more in proportion to my body. I have always felt comfortable with my penis, it is on the large side of your 5 to 7" average, but as it is not over big it pleased my wife no end when we were making love frequently during our marriage.
