Penis redness and peeling

Hey Guys,

About a week and half ago I noticed skin started peeling off my penis when ever I masturbated but also Ive got two weird redness dots on the lower section of my bellend, Whenever I stop masturbating the peeling would disappear but the redness would still be present, Any suggestions to what this may be or what I could do to maybe improve the situation ? STI Possible ? If so something serious ? ( STI's being serious ofcourse any major ones ? , No other pain or symptoms apart from my right testicle now and then feeling a bit jumpy but whether thats paronoia i dont know, Just simply the redness and peeling) With the peeling I noticed it follows the same pattern , for example 3-4 lines above each other of just peeling and redness)
