Q: Testicles Not the Same Size

Doctor Question
This question is about my 10 year old son. He has 1 testicle larger than the other. Is this normal?

It is very normal for one testicle to be larger than the other is. Typically, the left testicle is larger. You may ask his Pediatrician to examine them when you take him for his next check-up.
