Penis Pimples

I am a 15 year old boy and i have red bumps that appear to be pimples above my penis. They have grown larger over the past few days and now hurt a little. I am not sexually active so no STDs, are they just pimples or something else. When I squezze them white puss like stuff ozzes out but they are still here and im am getting a little worried. All help is well appreciated. thank you.
