Chances are you have 5 incher and want an extra inch (the usual story).

Just be happy with what you've got, the side affects are worth it.

Penis pills don't make you bigger. They do increase erectile quality (harder erections) and for some people allow them to have sex a bit more like say 1-2 times more than they can usually go in a night.
