Q: penis pain

I have recently noticed my foreskin become swollen. Over the last few days i have noticed sores on the top of the foreskin and penis head and it is now too painfull to pull the foreskin even close to the penis head and having to urinate is exremley painfull. I shall go to a G.U.M clinic tomorrow but does anyone have any temporary solutions in the meantime so help ease the pain?
