My age is 29, in my childhood I made lot of mastakes like pressing penis like anything to control erection which leads to penis paining. My penis has very pain wherever I touch it and not getting erection completely. My hands and legs are also paining alot and my mind is always dull. I'm doing master bath with intentionally for every 1 week and I'm getting out within 1 min, after that immediately getting urine. Cud u plz give me any remedy for this to get my penis into normal condition. Thanks for your quick reply.
