Penis is tilted

Hello, Im am an 18 year old male I have masterbated for about two years now and I have noticed a considerable tilt in the way my penis is. I use my right hand and I think that I may be pushing my penis to hard so that it begins to tilt is this normal or should I try using my left hand to try even it out?

Also I found that during masterbation my penis head becomes very dry, I tried using something like baby oil or my own saliva to lubricate it and it just seems to soak it up is this a concerning issue?
