there is, supposedly, a surgery that you can undergo, where they cut a muscle and lengthen your penis, I am not 100% sure this is true, but someone I know told me about it, he says he hates that he has a small penis as well, but I told him that as ling as he is satisfying the other party in bed and is getting satisfied himself, then he shouldn't worry about the size, it really isn't all about the size, but how you use it and enjoy it.

Surgery isn't able to provide a significant change and it carries a significant risk to your sexual function. The best thing you can do about your penis size is accept that you are who you are.
