Q: Penis Hole Tearing?

In the past year, I have been masturbating more than usual. Recently, I noticed that the meatus (penis hole) is larger than it used to be. Is it possible that semen can actually erode the urethra and the meatus? In any case, I'm not sure what to do since rubbing up against my boxers is somewhat painful and I constantly have to reposition.

It could just be you maturing. I'm pretty sure that semen doesn't erode anything. If the pain and discomfort is too much, you should run it by your doctor... he or she will be able to answer this question more effectively.
