well when i touch my pee hole it hurts so badly and im uncercumsied and i want to know what to do

it may be sensitive but shouldn't hurt, but I have a desensitized cut up (circumcised) penis so I don't know what it's meant to be like, wish i did

well iv never really touch the pee hole cuz somethings when in the shower i the the instide of the forskin and a sharp pain happens but im not sure its the pee hole
