Q: penis foreskin

on the rim in certain spots of my penis head there is foreskin that it attacted and when i pull down the head comes down too.
Are there any suggestions for detaching the foreskin from the beginning or "rim" of my penis (remember its only in certain spots and only attached in some parts

Not sure if it's the same as what I had but, having Phimosis, the first time I pulled my foreskin down it was molded to the glans by what I think was smegma. I don't know if this is good advice or not and you might be better going to see a doctor but I pulled mine hard so that the foreskin came detatched. I bled a little but it was fine after a while.
