Q: penis foreskin not fully retracted

Hi on the underside of my penis inside the foreskin there is a thin long piece of skin connected to my inside of penis and inside my foreskin i can only retract it half an inch and i ust turned 13. during puberty will it disconnecct? thanks guys reply please

hey that skin is normal - it wont disconnect !! this would be scary if it did eh?

your foreskin will stretch and eventually go over your head to reveal fully the glans look up * phimosis * and try the slow and patient steps toward safe stretching

not sure about the brown thing underneath - got any more info?

Torn Frenulum
I was just curious, I tore my frenulum in October while having rough sex, I stop having sex for a few weeks to let it heal, but every time since then I keep tearing it again and again. I do use condoms, should I be concerned about getting any STI's or possibly HIV? What should I do to fix this?

It sounds to me like you have "Frenulum Breve." I would recommend going to a doctor to talk about options. Later on in the future it can give you problems such as tearing and irritation if you don't get it looked at. There's nothing embarrassing about having a doctor look at your penis, especially over this. You'll appreciate it in the long run, believe me!
