Hey can you help me with my problem,

When i start to urinate, near half way up my penis it starts to expand into a ball like shape and continues expanding, this prevents me urinating properly. and having to squeeze the ball to urinate more quickly and when i have finished it goes back to normal..

i think i have a very tiny pee hole.

Do you know what i have and how can i overcome this, thanks.

Regards

Chris

You need to go to a urologist and make sure everything is okay. You may have a structural problem that needs to be fixed. You should get it looked at before this causes additional problems.

this sounds like there is a problem with the urethra... has there been any recent trauma to the area? this may have caused the urethra to tear. it is quit possible they will have to put you on a catheter until this heals...

a catheter is just a plastic tube. it can be either soft or rigid and can be used for many reasons. unfortunately, in this case the catheter will probably cause some irritation to the area... all the best and dont shy away from it, if you dont get this done the problem will only get worse and an possibly get infected. you do not want a UTI, that is very uncomfortable and annoying situation, male or female

I would also be concerned about damage causing ED. The pressure can't be good for things...in there.
