Q: Penis erection problem

I am 28 years old. I am not getting proper and harder erection. Most of the time my penis is soft even during having sex which is quite embarrassing. To get an erection i always need to play with my penis it never get erected itself. I am really worried hope u guyz can help me

well, if you are masturbaiting alot or watching porn alot then the problem could be that you are not getting turned on enough and you need something a little more... erotic. so if you are doing these things, it goes to show you that they are bad things. other than that i really dont know, i hope this helped
