hey can anyone tell me whats the best to

Any manual contraptions that are out there
(such as pumps) normally cause a lot of
damage. I have heard many negative things
about pills or supplements as well. Though
I personally haven't tried them, they're
normally a gimmick.
In case you weren't aware, the average
penis size is around 5.5 inches, give or
take. The sex industry has led us to
believe that bigger is better, when, in
reality, it's how you use it.
