Q: penis damage from dry masterbation

got it the other day after i was dry masterbating for like 20 minutes... just a little blood, not really a whole lot- after that night, i knoticed a *open sore*>? at the tip. kinda sore, but I havent had any more bleeding. just curious- could i of damaged my penis from masterbating? or could this be something more?

it can be normal if you dont use lube and the swore is is a friction burn i think you will find,
