i am a 16 year old male who is still a virgin, i have been getting this burning feelin in my penis while urinating and even when am not. i went to the doctor and he told me to do a urine test nothing came up did another one and nothing came up again the doctor just said keep drinkin lots of water which i have been doing it feels like its getting better, however when this started to feel better i started to get this weird feeling in my anus, it started to be itchy and twitching inside the anus, then it felt like if i need to poo however nothing really came out it just feels like theres something in the anus and really feels uncomfortable theres no blood when i poo and is normal when i poo however sometimes after pooing feels like not completely emtied it.
