'm 15 years old, and i always having this bumps on my penis every week or every month.
It will be gone soon but it will appear again.

When i pop it, nothing comes out. It's just a bump that is so red. Please help

It is located in the shaft. Anyway, I pop it already. And the white thingy comes out and there's so much blood. What to do? Sad
