Q: penis bumps caused by fungus?

I have these 4-5 red/pinkish bumps on my penis. At first I started thinking it could be herpes but I started thinking back and I don't see how it's logistically possible.

The last time I had sex was July 4th, and the bumps appeared at the very end of August, probably around the 25th. There were no open sores, blistering, irritation, itching, pain, or burning while I pee. Here we are about 5 weeks later and they are still here so I saw a urologist who is a family friend. He told me sometimes when herpes is curing it gets a crust to it and it sometimes looks like what I have. He asked if I had a blister or bubble before it scabbed and if it had popped at all, and I told him no. He said it could be a fungus, but he didn't rule out herpes. He said he couldn't tell me it was herpes but he couldn't tell me it wasn't. So he prescribed me a cream called Nystatin and to apply it twice a day for 2 months and if it didn't go away then, to come back. Am I worrying over nothing and is it probably a fungus, or is it some weird form of herpes?

Any help is appreciated, I'm very concerned about this.

Also, about a week or so after I noticed the bumps, which I didn't pay much attention to since they weren't painful or itchy, a girl performed oral sex on me and she is fine. This was about 3 weeks ago tomorrow. Thanks for the help!
