I am 18 years old and I have had painless bumps on the shaft of my penis for about 2 years. They have hair growing out of them and i have no idea what they are. But recently I have been having pain in my right testical. The pain usually happens when i sit down and watch tv. Should I be worried that it could be testicular cancer? or what other possibilities could the pain be caused by.

I get that pain in my left testicle when I sit. You may have to check yourself- Feel the vein that comes out of your testicle into your body, and if it's swollen, you've got an inflammation. I have an inflammation in my left testicle. It is nothing severe if you catch it early. The doc will just give you pills and it should go away. The lumps on your penis are natural- their hair follicles. Some don't have hair coming out because they may be in-grown hairs. Don't worry about the lumps unless their discolored or are irritated.
