Q: penis bleeding

i masturbate at least 3 maybe 4 times a week but today i masturbated and it started to hurt a little so i looked at my penis and i saw some blood is that bad ?

It's not good...

Where was it coming from? Skin or from inside your penis?

Why don't you give it a rest and see if the pain subsides....if not, you may need to visit your doctor...
