penis becomes cross

hii every one i don't know whether this is a serious problem to deal with or not but at the time of erecting it becomes cross and pains at the end.i masturbate four to five times a day and i guess i am addicted to it i used to smoke,can any one suggest me whether there is a problem if there then what should i do to deal with it....oops i forgot my age is 22
