my son has turned to me... and has finely spoken about why he does not have a girlfriend all this time he has sayd and then showd me that his penis and testicles have not grown at all he has pubic hair and little hair under his armpits he has no facial hair at all... he does not want to go to the family doctor and says that he has seen online plastic surgery that can help his condition ... i searched online for a long time his condition but in all pictures and topics all of the small penises had normal size testicals which makes me wander is this a problem with low hormones ? he might be 20 years old but can easily be mistaken as 15 or 16 he is short and has young like features... any one ?
