Is there any signs that i could see to know if i have this? and would this cause my voice to not crakc and my penis not to fully grow?

I am not sure about your voice but your penis size sounds normal enough. The only way you would know if your testicles were either not properly descended (ie had not fully emerged from the abdominal cavity) would be by looking. Obviously I can't tell you from here! You really do need to go along and ask a doctor to check you out, just to put your mind at rest if nothing else!

Perhaps a male contributor would be better placed to advise you about this though. I only know the little I know because several of the men in my family had this condition. All of them have big families and deep voices now though, so I would not worry too much!

You are still growing and developing. Do see a doctor to be sure everything is ok but in the US males are checked with well baby check ups to be sure the testes have descended normally. It may be worth it to see the doctor and have a physical and get some blood work done to give you peace of mind. Boys continue to develop into their 20's so relax. You are not done with all your maturing.
