Penile Problems please help Im so worried.

Ok, so About 2 weeks ago I masturbated and I saw that the sperm came out really slow, knowing it was because I wasnt really horny, I didnt mind. Then a week later I became Sick and had really bad dry caughs etc. And I have almost recovered now but I noticed i dont get erections as often anymore and If I do they arent for long and they are not as hard as they were before. Also I dont feel my erections a good as I used to. When I do get one though it does stick straight up which i think is normal but I can move it around with great ease. I suppose that means its not very hard. Will this heal? Is there a problem?What is it?

This is the first time this has happened, This might have something to do with it, the medicine I used to overcome the caugh was NyQuill and DayQuill. And I also had a bad habit of squeezing a wierd worm like thing in my testicles. But it wasnt visible or large.
