This is the diagnosis for my condition.
In plain English, I awoke one morning 3
weeks ago after having sex with my wife
and discovered an odd lump on the right
side of my penis near the head. It
doesn't hurt but it looks odd. When,
after 2 weeks, it had not gone away, I
made an appointment with a Urologist. The
doctor said it is similar to a varicose
vein and it was probably caused by
intercourse. He put me on 600 mg of
Ibuprofen a day to reduce inflammation and
also told me to apply heat to the area 3
times a day. I use a heating pad to apply
the heat. After a week of this treatment,
there is no change. I'm scheduled to go
back to the Urologist in 4 weeks. I'm
wondering if anyone else has had this
condition and, if so, what treatment
cleared up the problem? Thanks.
