I am a 22 year old male i have a rash with tiny dots kind of thing on my penis foreskin.I am not as such sexually active but had got masturbated.I checked with a doctor and he said thats a fungal effect and gave me some cream but it got worst but when i dont use anything it does not increase or itch there but its still there from past 18 months odd.Is it normal? (For info-I had hygiene issues earlier because never use to pull my skin back and clean,just use to clean the pee hole.Now i do clean as said by the Doctor )
