Please tell me what you think could be wrong with me & feel free to give any advice.

My history:

-Married for 4 years, DH & I are the only partners each other has ever had, no pregnancies/no births, went off the pill close to a year ago.

My symptoms, in a timeline:

-mid-May started to experience stretching pain across LOWER abdomen, NOT in pelvis
-had right-sided ovulation pain
-end of May ended up in ER due to severe constipation pain
-switched diet completely, I used to eat only white bread, white pasta, lots of cheese, etc, now eat only whole wheat bread, no cheese, etc, now have BM's on average once a day
-started experiencing pelvic pain (by that I mean the actual pelvis)
-went to walk-in clinic for the pelvic pain(this was at the end of my period), doctor gave me naproxen for a "groin injury", I did not have a groin injury, and the naproxen did not help the pain & it made my chest tight so I only took it for about 3 days or so
-went to walk-in clinic again a week later but that doctor did not help me at all, later that week it felt like the worst day of my period so maybe I ovulated that day
-week later went to walk-in clinic again, 3rd doctor did a pelvic exam, said I might have a "pelvic infection" although I did not have discharge, gave me doxycycline which turned my life into a living hell, quit the doxycycline after 6 days and later found out when the swab came back that I did not have a pelvic infection anyway
-pelvic pain was bad for about 4 or 5 days during that time, got my period a week or two later, found a small lump around my right ovary but it may have been my imagination
-pelvic pain got severe about 2 weeks later (mid-July) and lasted continually for FOUR WEEKS, spent my time taking lots & lots of Advil and putting heat on 24/7, Advil didn't really help, this pain is located in my actual pelvis (where the hair is, to be graphic)
-had intercourse once during this time, I don't remember it being painful
-had a pelvic ultrasound during this time, which wasn't painful, came back clear
-had intercourse once more, was very painful (burning in vagina)
-went to ER 2 days after that due to excrutiating burning, found out I had a severe UTI that was heading towards my kidney, started antibiotics (pelvic pain continuing)
-saw my family doctor, she told me to arrange a diagnostic laparoscopy with the surgeon
-antibiotics helped infection but symptoms came back mildly (burning, pressure in the bladder, etc), had green discharge when wiping one time (no idea why), vaginal area started itching, anal area started itching, anal area started burning while I was sitting
-went to walk-in clinic during this time & urine sample came back clear
-went to walk-in clinic again 2 days later just as my period was starting & that doctor gave me antibiotics for a UTI but I think the blood he saw in the sample was my period starting b/c the antibiotics didn't change my symptoms
-pelvic pain FINALLY eased a few days into my (very light) period, itching & burning eased as well
-pelvic pain has not come back yet, that was about 3 or so weeks ago
-currently having bad bladder problems - peeing frequently, approx every 2 hours during the day and the night both, burning at urethra when peeing, and burning in vulva area on & off most of the day & night regardless, pain & discomfort in bladder & pelvis before, during, and after peeing, burning in vulva area is hard to tell if it is urethra, vaginal, perineum, I just don't know, getting difficult to sit
-yesterday had white/light-yellow big clump of discharge when wiping, had smaller amounts throughout the day, no idea why
-period due any time between today and 2 weeks from now, I have VERY IRREGULAR periods, my cycles are anywhere from 29 to 45 days long, currently I am on Cycle Day 30, periods are usually short & light
-have laparoscopy coming up in about 2 months to check for endometriosis or interstitial cystitis but could it be something simpler or something else?
-oh, also most of my life since puberty (virgin till married) I have had burning when urinating come & go (UTI tests negative, yeast infections negative), I have learned not to drink carbonated drinks, acidic drinks like orange juice, etc and to drink lots of water, this helps the burning, but the bladder problems I have now are different, more constant, and my bladder feels awful
-forgot to add, I also have mild nausea pretty much 24/7, this has been for about the last 3 months, no vomiting
-also since these problems started, like for the last 2 or 3 months, I haven't been able to finish orgasming,I reach the climax and then it quits, I do not get the release, so the whole area down there feels engorged & like the nerves are on edge, this is NOT a good feeling, also getting aroused (the blood going down there) and the orgasm are very painful, and the pain lasts for a few minutes afterward
-also when I urinate, I can't finish, it seems to cut off right before I am about to finish
-also occasionally I have sudden sharp pangs in my vulva area, like in the inner and outer labia, always unexpectedly
