Hello,

2 months ago I had a trauma event, I was in depression and tried to masturbate but it wouldnt go hard. I've done kegel exercices for 5-6 weeks before this event because I've had difficulty to finish bowel movements and pain. I read the kegels would help but I think I just damaged my already damaged muscles in the pelvic area. So after this event, my penis went firm and sometimes hard even if its in flaccid mode and it was painful and erections were weak. I had huge anxiety after this (6 weeks ago to now) and depression. I've had maybe 4 good erections in 6 weeks and I always wake up in the night with an erection (can be weak and painful)and it disturbs my sleep all the time.

I went to the GP but he was pretty clueless, my urine+blood test were normal. After this I went to do pressotherapy, contracts and release your muscles for 30 minutes 2 days straight. I also changed my diet drinking only water and green tea and eating eggs, chiken, fish, fruits, vegetables. 1 week ago after changing my diet, doing pressotherapy and taking anti-inflammatories, I experienced complete body stiffness. My muscles are always tense and can't seem to relaxe, I have head pressure and I always feel tired, my neck and lower back hurt, some of my fingers are shaking, diziness in feet+hands, seems like my whole body is contracted, even my eyes feel hard.

I'm pretty confused and my anxiety keeps feeding itself with all the physical symptoms. I'm going to see psychiatrist and physical therapist this week. So What else should I do with this? Thank you
