Q: pelvic exam and pregnancy

i just got a pelvic exam. would my doctor be able to tell if i was two months pregnant by that? something about the cervix looking or feeling different?

ok so i should stop freaking out then? because i tok a test that came out negative but stll fel really pregnant. but my doctor definitely would have noticed/said someting?

YES. Stop. Tests are negative. Doctor didn't see anything. You've had your period. You are not pregnant.
