Q: Pellets in stool

Two months after hip replacement surgery, from which the anesthesia caused my intestines to shut down for a week or so, I have found tan, pellet shaped things in my stool that float. They look like a one-inch oblong pill that has jelly like substance surrounding a white material inside. Very strange! What could this possible be and who should I see about it? Thanks..
