I've been experiencing vaginal and abdomen pain. When i went for an annual exam my pap came back uncertain . so i ws given an colposcopy and had biopsy done. I was told that appt that i have HPV. And the biopsy prove to have stage 1 of precancerous cells. My question is can the extreme knife peircing pain a symptom of either HPV or cervical cancer. I'm also, experiencing periodic bleeding thats not associated with an menstrual cycle.
