peircing pain a symptom of HPV or cervical cancer?

I've been experiencing vaginal and abdomen pain. When i went for an annual exam my pap came back uncertain . so i ws given an colposcopy and had biopsy done. I was told that appt that i have HPV. And the biopsy prove to have stage 1 of precancerous cells. My question is can the extreme knife peircing pain a symptom of either HPV or cervical cancer. I'm also, experiencing periodic bleeding thats not associated with an menstrual cycle.

The symptoms that you describe could be due the HPV infection and the cervical changes itself. Be in regular monitoring and follow-up with your treating doctor/gynecologist and report any unusual/new/abnormal symptoms immediately to your treating doctor/gynecologist.
