Q: Peeling toes and hands!

About two years ago I was very sick I started off with
-peeling toes
-hands
-little red bumps on my arms
-then the fever came
I was sick for 3 months and no one could tell me what it was. Then they told me I had scarlet fever.

Now it is back and worse then ever. My parents and I are worried it never went away and now it is back Please help me and tell me what I may have?
