Hey there,

Thin layers of my skin has been peeling for the past 3 weeks.

- Toes=just on tips (not between).
- Fingers= only on a couple of fingers per hand and just around the last digit.
- Palm= at each palm base there is a dry peeling spot.

----
-no sickness
-no itching, redness, yellowing, odor.

Need help!!

-IK

Maybe you need to exfoliate and moisturize a little more? If you post in the acne/skin disorders section instead of the toddler section, you will surely get more answers.

Curel makes some great products for moisturizing feet and hands. I have been using it for only a week, and have been amazed.

Peeling fingertips, palm and toes
I have the exact same thing.
it is not something that just needs moisturizers.
It is something weird where large, thick pieces of skin peel off leaving new pink skin underneath.

about a week before the peeling began, my fingertips became sensitive to temperature. then the skin on my fingertips began to thicken and feel thick. it was very weird. then a few days later large chunks of thick skin began to peel back. the skin underneath did not hurt. certain areas only peel as well, not my whole hand or foot.

i have a friend with similar symptoms and it has to do with injuring her spleen and red blood cells....

I would go to the dermatologist and get it checked out. I had the same problems and i went to a family dr., they treated me for eczema, when it was psoriasis. the psoriasis got so bad that i couldn't hold my children or walk on my own 2 feet for almost a year. But a dermatologist will know exactly what it is.

this could be a possibility, but i haven't had pain and itchyness. and it hasn't been dry flaking either. more of a moist peeling.

I DO need to go to the doctor!

Certain antibiotics will cause this. Look up the side effects of any antibiotics you took recently and see if "exfoliation" is listed among them.

Pure alove vera is wonderful on feet and hands, or anywhere for that matter. I would try using a pumice stone in the shower on your feet (maybe too rough on hands), pat dry your hands and feet, and apply aloe.
