Q: Peeling of the scrotum and skin infection

My friend left testical is real dry and i believe that it also peels from time to time what does that mean can he oil it with lotion or baby oil.

Mens Conditions Answer A4036
The testicle can’t peel. Only the skin of the scrotum, where the testicles are placed, can peel. Peeling of the scrotum may indicate a fungal infection. Regular oils or lotions won’t help if there is a skin infection.


Your friend may want to visit his primary health provider and a dermatologist, if necessary.
