Erectile Dysfunction Answer A5905

The orgasm in men is the final and strongest neural stimulation that causes contraction of many muscles in the genital area. The muscle contraction is needed for the sperm to be moved all the way to the head of the penis where it leaves the body. Some involuntary muscle contractions prior to ejaculation might cause urine incontinence, but it would be easily recognized and not mistaken for orgasm. If semen was out, then you did not urinate and it was orgasm with ejaculation.
