Q: pee hole covered by foreskin

I am 16 and I am uncirumsized, it hurts to touch my head when i pull skin back and I can't pull it back far. Skin from my foreskin is attached to my pee hole and takes longer to pee.. I have to embarrassed to tell my parents
Please Someone Help me tell me what to do!!!!!!!!!

keep exersising it when your in the bath or shower use lube and slowly pull your foreskin back and forth and eventually it will be alot easier
