Q: Pectus Excavatum and Hypotonia

Hi. I am 20 years old, male, and I have a range of symptoms that have me curious. I'm not really looking for a "diagnosis" as they don't really interfere with my life. What I'm looking for, I suppose, is a range of possible options, for curiosity's sake.

I have been a weak-muscled person all my life [hypotonia] even when I was engaged in daily sports, I was always weaker than my other peers in school.
I also have a mild pectus excavatum.
I suffer from tourette's like symptoms such as twitching, and uncontrollable shouting also.
I have very translucent skin, and veins so tiny that my doctors often have some trouble taking blood samples.
Mild hand tremors
terrible posture due to weak muscles

That's all I can think of. Everything I've studied so far seems to have one or two of these symptoms but never most of them. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Is this a possible inherited disorder or just a mismatch of unrelated symptoms?
