I had a pearly bump seven years ago and i thought it was wart, i use wart removal and the bumped becomes flat, but over time it turns into a black patch. I'm very concern if this is a form of skin cancer. I'm 26 years old and hardly get exposed to sun

Any advice? I'm meeting with a derm in a week, but I can hardly sleep because of this

Thanks

Pearly bump could be a form of skin cancer, known as basal cell carcinoma.
It is very slow growing cancer that rarely causes metastases.
The true diagnosis can be given only by your dermatologist.
