peanut butter for a good sleep
I have just made the connection between falling asleep and eating peanut butter. I had been falling asleep without warning and couldn't figure what was wrong with me because I slept well at night. One week I was out of peanut butter and had not realized that I was no longer falling asleep after lunch, but today I had my usual snack of peanut butter and fell promptly asleep.
