Ive been dating a woman for a couple of months now. Last weekend we went to my cabin here in the middle of no where alaska. We had sex a couple of times that day and once again the next day (sunday). Starting late sunday my penis starting itching really bad. On wednesday late afternoon, I noticed there was a pea sized bump on the head of my penis. It is really red, not painful, and the skin on top of it is dry and flaky. Not sure what is going on. We wernt able to shower for a couple of days because there is no running water at my cabin. We spent the majority of the weekend in snow gear shoveling the roof and playing around. We did a lot of snowmobiling and snowshowing.

Could this just be irritated skin from being sweaty and running around all weekend, or does this sounds like something else?
