Hello READER. i am 24 year old male from Asia. i m unmarried.i started masturbation 5 years ago. In the beginning i was doing it 5 times a week. i did this for 4 years. and then since last year i increased the frequency. i even did masturbation 3 times a day. Since 1 year i m suffering from Impotence (ED) and premature ejaculation (PE). i will be marrying after 2 years. what are my chances of a good marriage . i have left masturbation completely from today, I HOPE . and i have engageg my self in other healthy activities, i mean exercise and fibrous and low fat food
MY CONDITION:
1) ED: the penis erects for just a minute or so only from physical touch. No erection from emotions or seeing a girl. But while talking dirty on phone with girl, the errection is hard enough and for more than a few minutes.
2) PE: i ejaculate within 30 sec to maximum 1.5 minutes during 1st time masturbation. during it penis is hard enough. some times it becomes soft if ejaculation is delayed for 4 to 5 minutes by start and stop technique.

I m not married, never touched a girl.
Please tell me if my impotence and PE are temporary?plz rply
