Q: PE at 20 years old

Hello everyone,

I am a 20 year old man and it takes me approximately 2 minutes to get erect. Once I am erect I am about 70% and then I cum and I have very little ejaculate very shortly after.

This was never the case 3 months ago. I used to (still do) have terrible premature ejaculation, aka under 4 seconds.

Should I see a doctor? is the unnomormal?? do 20 year old men take viagra??

clarification: very shortly after is less than 1 minute after I get hard. so it takes me 3-4 minutes to get hard and than I cum within 30 seconds once I am hard.

Thanks for the help.

I think this is more of a psychological factor that keeps you away from being aroused.

You've most likely got a endocrine disorder for this to happen at the age of 20. Your not a Chronic Masturbator are you?

Hey Blast00
Your time to become erect is tied to your arousal responce and that is something that is different from man to man. Its very normal that it will take you longer to become erect in your 20's than it did in your teens. You're under a significantly lower testosterone strain than you were as a teen.

The PE is another issue. The time you last before ejaculation is only normal in the sense that it is normal to you. I can understand your concerns about performing if you're ejaculating in less than a minute. I think you could benifit from talking with your doctor about this problem and seeing what solutions he offers.
