iam 20 yrs old,marriage last year,iam very eager to conceive.i went to the dr as my periods were nt regular after all the test in scanning it came sugestive ploynetic ovaries.doctor said it is essential stage of pcos and gave me ovacare tab for 3 months n duphaston tab from 20th to 25th of my menstual cycle.its my 2 month of course.she told i will get my periods witin a week after duphaston is over but my days increased but after 3 days i got periods.iam very worried is my tablets ok what food should i eat,wt will make me pregnant sooon.i want to conceive fast.

you should probably monitor your periods for the next few months the goal is to get them regular so that you ovulate. It may take some time but it will happen. Foods, just do what you are supposed to do eat healthy exercise. I was diagnosed with pcos at 16 was on the pill to regulate my period for a few years changed my lifestyle ate better worked out took vitamins and stopped taking the pill just because the one I was on was expensive about a year ago. Still had regular periods and accidentally got pregnant 8 weeks ago.
