Hi,

I have PCOS and came off my medication of BCP and Metformin since the mood swings and side effects were unbearable and left me feeling more sick. I have had brown discharges in a period of 2 weeks apart and had contact before this discharges started.

Now I have sore breasts, cramps on my lower left abdomen and back pain. I feel slight nausea but i have always felt them on bad days with PCOS. The breast tenderness and cramps have been going on for nearly 3 weeks now and I am worried. I have taken 2 HPT 1 week apart and they have come up negative.

Can anyone please advise me what to do?
