So, I'm just looking for a little support.
I was just diagnosed with PCOS, the my
doctor wanted to do a biopsy just to be
sure that I didn't have any cancerous
growths. I'm terrified. I'm a 29 year
old grad student, and it would be finals
week! Its hard to concentrate on anything
except what I'm going to find out.

It is hard to concentrate when you are
expecting news from your doctor!
PCOS and cervical abnormalities are two
different diagnosis. Have you tested
positive for HPV?

I don't know that I've been tested for
HPV. No one mentioned it. I don't know
how a person gets HPV either, but if its
an STD, I'm a virgin.
I do have the PCOS diagnosis. The biopsy
was just done on top of that diagnosis.

I misunderstood, I apologize. So it was a
uterin biopsy?
I am not very knowledgeable on that, but I
do know that waiting is the hardest part
of any testing.
