Hi iam 25 years old, i was diagnosed with polychistic ovaries and pre diabetes, but in an early stage, three months ago we started to try to conecive but nothing has happened (iam taking glisulin, now iam 2 days late, but i want a baby os much Iam afraid to take a home test, can i be preganant?

by the way on august my period was onthe 6, sept 7, so I thought this month was on the 7 or 8 but nothing, can i be ?
